I heard that song yesterday and I would not leave my head until I sat down and made a vid out of it :-D So I was up till about 4am, working on this, pestering Garrix with stupid Vegas questions (sorry! But I eventually *did* find out what we both were looking for ;-) ) and then just crashed over the comp.... woke up at 10am not being able to breath (terrible, terrible, terrible - and did I say terrible? - cold), but hey, the Scaper I am, I went back to the vid :-D I had this all planned out last night, from beginning to end, and while I had done about half of it last night, the second half kinda took a life of its own today after I inserted a clip from PKW.... Oh well.... I don't think it went into a bad direction from there :-D I played a little with the settings and effects in Vegas (and I can honestly say I like it better than Premiere ;-) ) and this came out of it! And now I am going to have this stupid song in my head forever, grrrr. The chorus just stuck, damn :-D

Yankeebelle gave me this song to listen to just because we both were bored.... and I fell in love with it :-D I just needed to vid it. I didn't know exactly what I had expected to do with it when I started it, but once I got going, it kinda just kept going - except for one scene. I bugged Yankeebelle, I bugged Hezmanagirl, I bugged skchwojko.... and we all could not find a fitting clip - until Yankeebelle came to the rescue and we reversed a clip which then fit perfectly! This frelling vid was driving me nuts! I went to bed at 6AM this morning having had enough of it! Every time I outputted it (which took close to 2 hours on my slow comp), something else was wrong in the outputted file... something that was not in the original file! At some point, I thought I was absolutely jinxed! There still is a flash in one of the scenes and I dunno where that comes from or how to remove it since it's not in the original, but I outputted this frelling vid 7 times! Now on to the vid :-) Evanescence song (run, run, here comes Evanescence again!!!). John and Aeryn in season 4, and very much thanks to Lt. Garrix who helped me out when I had hit a brick wall. I kinda found my inspiration again :-)

I have vidded the other two already - so here is Dog With Two Bones! :-) The inspiration for this vid came from one single line in the vid: "she's not breathing". The first time I heard this song, I knew this was going to be Aeryn dying in John's dream wedding. I just never could figure out what the rest would be. Until one day I sat down, searched through my list of song I could vid and a dear friend in chat asked me if I ever had considered vidding "Hello". Well... here's the result :-) A very dark look at John's fantasies in the episode.

I probably overdid it anyway, but hey, this was fun, the result looks decent, so who cares :-D
